Find food that fits your numbers
Most food sites tell you what is in a product you already picked. This one
goes the other way: say what you can and cannot have, and see what is left.
- Set your limits. A ceiling on sodium, a floor on protein, a
minimum on fibre — any of the thirteen numbers on the label, and
as many at once as you like.
- Say what a number means. Per serving, per container or per
100 g. The filters follow whichever you pick, so a limit always
means what it looks like.
- Rank what survives. Most protein, least phosphorus, most widely
stocked — on the foods that already fit.
Allergen and diet filters are read from ingredient lists, not from
certifications. An ingredient list can prove something is present; it can
never prove something is absent.
